So i have to give a talk on Sunday in sacrament. I had dodged it for this long i thought it was okay. It was suppose to be in two weeks, but he called today and moved it up. So if you have any quotes or readers digest jokes on gratitude i would love them.
We got a whole new schedule. We share a car with the Fairport sisters still and they switched the whole schedule up so now every other week we only have two days in our area.
I got a new companion. Her name is Sister Denison. She's from Utah. West Jordan I think. Most of our appointments canceled this week. That was a bummer.
So there was one tour we had. He talked a lot. I think he was a little lonely. It was really cool cause after we got out of the school of the prophets he just said thank you for letting me have that great experience. The thing is that people only get what they come with so we can do all we can but it's all up to them.
We meant to go tracking yesterday, but we ended up helping a few people cut down a big pine tree in someone's front yard. We ended up spending like all afternoon there. It was fun. They were a little freaked out that we helped them for a while. They weren't super interested, but they will be someday. People probably thought we looked kind of funny in our skirts, but we've done lots of yard work in skirts. It wasn't really new to us.
They are setting up for the nativities. It's going to be so awesome. I will take pictures later. There are hundreds of them. They said that in December last year they had over 7000 people that came. We aren't taking tours with them, but it's someone to talk to.
All the sisters still work sites. There are just a ton of us there all the time. There have been a couple days that we haven't gotten a tour. Not as many phone calls.
