So on Tuesday i gave Jojo that book. We had our lesson on missionary work and by the way, she is going to be an awesome missionary, but she's really worried about her family not all joining because a lot of them are against it right now and she doesn't want to be in heaven alone. Then she opened up the book to that day and it was on missionary work and had the scripture about if we bring just one soul unto Christ then we can have joy or something to that effect. It was great. I think she'll like that book. Thanks for sending it!
We had stake conference this weekend and we actually got to go to the Saturday night session. Elder Ellis from the seventy came. Then we went to the early morning ish meeting for new and returning members and then the general session and Jojo came to all three. It was great.We met this guy yesterday who had his ph.d in catholic theology. It was interesting. He was nice. He used quite a few big words and especially now it takes me a little bit to process them. He asked us if he was using too hard of words cause we weren't answering right away. We talked for a while and he explained the trinity to us better than it has ever been explained to me before, but it's still weird. At the end of the conversation and when we were walking away, he just said, "hey someday I might be a Mormon." It was kinda funny cause he probably will be.
